Britishfilmmagazine is designed to celebrate British films and British film talent in films around the world.

There is often a perception that not much is happening in the British film world, even by those who are working in it. Indeed, when the idea of a British film magazine was first mooted several years ago, most filmmakers wondered if there would be enough going on to fill more than a few pages.

Now, having launched the title, the opposite seems to be true. The more one tries to catch and record even the most obvious news, the more difficult it becomes to keep track of everything that is happening.

The reality is that the British film world is booming.
