William E. Smith has been involved in politics since an early age. At fifteen, he introduced a presidential candidate at a campaign appearance. He is a Political Science Graduate of The Ohio State University. Mr. Smith co-authored two text books, and has taught at the college level. He served two different Governors in the State of Ohio serving as State Forms, Records, Publications, and Reprographics Administrator. As a volunteer consultant, Mr. Smith won the "Special Active Corps of Executives Award" for his service to small business. He has spoken at several national conventions and has appeared on radio and television. His insight into political machinations becomes obvious in his political thrillers.

In his spare time, he has served as a coach for several minor league professional football teams. He’s a marketing and management consultant who was listed in the 2002 Who's Who of America. He has written 4 novels and several children's books.
